Descriptif des Intérieurs
Corte dei Messapi is a marvelous newly built property which consists of two parts, the first named La Residenza consisting of a main villa, with 7 double bedrooms which can accommodate up to 14 people and with a small swimming pool on the roof, and from the magnificent Trulli painted with white lime with a double bedroom that accommodates two people, a large garden with a large swimming pool serving the villa and the trullo; the second part called Il Casalino consists of a villa with three bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people and a tower with a bedroom that can accommodate two people. Both share a swimming pool.
The Trullo area is absolutely fascinating, slightly separated from the main building, it has an extra touch of privacy, ideal for a young couple who wants to enjoy their holidays in freedom.
The Trullo has a small kitchen area inserted in one of the alcoves, with electric hob, coffee machine and independent fridge. A sitting area designed with attention to the smallest details where a table and two handmade chairs were placed. There is also a bedroom with a private bathroom. This area is very cool thanks to the very shape of the trullo, which has very thick walls that keep the areas cool in summer.
INDEPENDENT VILLAS
Along a path, just a few hundred meters from the residence, you get to "Il Casalino", a villa that can accommodate up to 6 people and a tower that can accommodate 2.
Both villas enjoy air conditioning. "Il Casalino", where up to 6 people can stay, consists of two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a third bedroom located on the lower floor.
The villa has a large entrance hall with open kitchen where there is a table for six and a sofa, suitable for those who want to relax watching a good movie, with the use of the LG Smart TV with Sky positioned in this area.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine (Nespresso), a microwave oven and a comfortable hob.
From the living room, through a splendid arch, you reach the bedroom furnished with natural wood furniture. The en-suite bathroom is absolutely spacious, with shower head and hand shower, shower with sliding door, stone sink, bidet and toilet with mirror and hairdryer.
The bedrooms on the ground floor are located on both sides of the living room, both have barrel ceilings and a high level en suite bathroom, the third bedroom is reached via a small staircase and has a courtyard where you can relax enjoying the shade .
This bedroom has a king size bed, bedside lamps and a private bathroom.
A few meters further across a path that runs alongside the organic garden there is the Torretta, also suitable for a couple, it has a beautiful stone kitchen with hand-made furniture at the entrance.
The stone sink is typical of this area of Puglia and in general of the region, everything has been furnished with neutral, soft colors that instill a feeling of peace. The peculiarity of these rooms lies in the barrel ceilings that have been created to instill a traditional, but at the same time modern and spacious atmosphere.
In the living area there is a fireplace, a table with chairs.

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely .
*** It is forbidden to organize events, parties, or to allow access to external suppliers without prior written authorization from Raro Realty Srl and payment of any applicable additional costs.
The organization of events or weddings must be carried out through an event/wedding planner provided by Raro Realty.
Failure to comply with this clause will result in the application of the provisions set out in the General Booking Conditions.
All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.
- Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- Preparation of the villa for the arrival of customers and daily tidying up of bedrooms and bathrooms
- For stays of at least 7 nights, in addition to the daily tidying up mid-stay, the change of towels is also included (with the exception of pool towels, bathrobe and slippers, where provided);
- For multiple stays of 7 nights the bed linen will be changed at no additional cost at the end of the week;
- Pool cleaning upon arrival and mid-stay for bookings of at least 7 nights (additional cleaning steps upon request and at extra cost)
NB. The daily presence of the housekeeper includes only the tidying of the beds and the cleaning of the bathrooms (no change of towels or sheets). The tidying up will take place between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Any other requests will have an extra cost.

Ottimo posto per quattro famiglie che si riuniscono per festeggiare un compleanno. La cucina era un po' spartana per cucinare per 22 persone, ma ce l'abbiamo fatta. Abbiamo sfruttato al meglio i terreni e le piscine per i cinque giorni del nostro soggiorno. Una menzione speciale a Maria, la nostra host, che ci ha fornito un supporto meraviglioso, dai migliori parcheggi nelle città circostanti all'aiuto con l'organizzazione della nostra festa in un locale del posto. Saremmo stati persi senza di lei!

This place is awesome! Every room a delight and very comfortable. The views are beautiful and having a wide choice of rooms was a boon for our big family group. It fits the description on the website and is even better when you arrive! Maria, who welcomed us, was kind and friendly. Tamara organised special services for us and we all just loved our stay. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and accommodating. Wished we could have stayed for longer. We will be back! Thank you!

Overall a beautiful villa and we enjoyed our stay. One thing I would highly recommend is an upgrade to the towels. They were thin and small in size. Our chef dinners were fabulous.

We had a positive stay at Corte dei Messapi. I was celebrating a milestone birthday with a group of 14 guests. The property is absolutely gorgeous. They keeps the grounds well groomed. The rooms are all fairly consistent in size and amenities, each having a full bathroom and good closet space. The common areas were great as well, with countless places to enjoy the outdoors and views of Puglia. They also helped me plan events and book transport. They helped us organize a pizza party, with a pizzaiolo coming to the villa to cool an incredible dinner for us. Truly a very special experience. The transport they booked for us was also great—on time, clean, new vans, polite drivers. In terms of location, the villa is very close to Ostuni. You’re also able to drive to other town. The central location was perfect for us as we took the chance to visit nearby towns, beaches, and sites. Overall we had a great experience at Corte dei Messapi. I would recommend it for large groups.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The only shortfall is we should’ve decided to stay more than five nights! Dario and Luigi were fantastic hosts. The setting was quite marvelous in the Pulian countryside amidst all of the olive trees And natural setting. Accommodations were modern, the pool was fantastic. A special attribute about this property was location. I don’t believe you could find a better location with its positioning equidistant to marvelous towns!
